Nancy Tada has worked in Gouverneur Diagnostic and Treatment Center since August 1993 as a Licensed Practical Nurse, continued her nursing education and became a Registered Nurse in 1995. Her area of expertise is Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a happy-go-lucky type of person, always smiling and projects this feeling to others. She is a loyal and dedicated nurse, always willing to go a step further in the best interest of patient care. She teaches child birth classes to our Asian prenatal patients. Ms. Tada is a good team player and has worked hard in the process of developing the Redesign Team in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Ms. Tada demonstrates professional expertise in her daily performance. She is dependable and loyal to her colleagues and other Health Care Workers at Gouverneur. She has a high level of initiative.

During her time spent at this facility, she has demonstrated her ability as an excellent role model to her peers and her patients. She has much interest and concerns towards the nursing profession and is an asset to our facility.
